Protein Pasta 120g (Cooked)
Turkey Mince 100g (Cooked)
Carrots 50g
Celery 40g
Tomato 60g
Sun-dried tomato strips 20g
Vegan Mozzarella Shreds (to top)
1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
150mL Vegetable Stock
1/4 White Onion
1 Garlic Clove, minced
Chilli flakes, to taste

Greek Yoghurt (Plain) (No Fat)
Shredded Coconut 5g

Recipe 4 ingredients:

Crispy Salmon
Salmon 160g (Cooked)
Sweet Potato 120g (Cooked)
Tomato 70g
Kalamata Olives (Pitted) 20g
Achovies 5g
1/4 White Onion
Garlic clove, minced
Fresh Ginger, 1 teaspoon
Shallots, 1 tablespoon
