Title: Advanced Stretching Exercises for the Legs
For this video, I will be doing different stretching exercises mainly for the legs. First, I will lay on my back, and while laying in the supine position, I will raise my straightened leg up to my head and shoulder. This stretching will benefit the back of the legs. Next, I will be in a seated position, in a semi-split. I will stretch my legs towards my shoulder. I will bring my arm in front of the leg, giving the maximum stretch for the muscles. For the next exercise, I will sit in the "butterfly" pose. While in this pose, I will do some stretching that will benefit the back. Next, I will do a "plow" pose. This will also stretch out the back and legs. Immediately following the "plow" pose, I will go into a "deaf man" pose. My next exercise is for the advanced level. I will be lying on my back, and I will raise my leg towards my head and shoulder. I will place my arm, with my armpit area in front of the leg. This will stretch the leg muscles. I will also do a "bridge" pose. This will help with your back and legs. Towards the end of the routine, I will do a "frog" pose. This will benefit the legs as well.
