I wanted to make a more advanced workout so you guys can see what a typical routine for me looks like, think you can keep up? ;)

THE WORKOUT:

1. Strict form muscle up 10x
NO kip NO movement, just pull up.

2. I don't even know what to call this but I did it 10x each arm lol...

3. Jump on the bar 10x
Please be careful with this one..

4. Lsit to Handstand press 10x
Try to do as many as you can consecutively without letting go.

5. Weighted pull ups 15x
No swing, perfect form always..my vest was 40lbs

6. Weighted dips 20x
Full range of motion, not too fast.

7. Weighted push ups 20x
Keep your body straight, no bananas.

4ROUNDS
