Fun Full Body Workout you can do ANYWHERE!
Tababta Training: is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest...repeat.
In this video I took 8 movements that can be done with 1 plate (choose a weight that works for you).
Do 4 rounds of Tababta at each station before moving on. (2 minutes per exercise). This is a 16 minute workout when completed as described. Have fun and try it out.
