BOOTY BAND WORKOUT 🔥 :
Warm up:
- [ ] 25 donkey kicks (both sides) 10 pulses on each leg
- [ ] 25 fire hydrants (both sides)
- [ ] 50 glute bridges + 15 pulses
Workout: 40 seconds / 20 second rest
- [ ] Squat + 10 pulses
- [ ] Side by side heel taps
- [ ] Glute bridge + 10 second hold
- [ ] Leg lift left side
- [ ] Leg lift right side
- [ ] Seated Hip abduction
- [ ] Clam shells left side
- [ ] Clam shells right side
- [ ] Donkey kicks
