*Plank Hold for 30 secs
*Side Mountain Climbers 15/20 reps
*Toe Touches/Crunches 20 reps
*Flutter Kick Leg Raises 20/30 reps
*Cross Over Crunches 20 reps
*Leg Lift with Extention 20 reps
Repeat this entire routine 3/4x for ideal results. Incorporate this workout into your daily routine for best results!
