Lawsuit: High school gave 'Dora' actress a pass over vaping

The 15 year old actress Fatima Ptacek that voices the character of Dora on Nickelodeon's show, "Dora the Explorer," was caught vaping in a bathroom with another student at her private high school, Manhattan's Avenues: The World School. Ptacek was only suspended for 3 days, while the other student was forced out the school. The parents of the other student have filed a lawsuit to reinstate their daughter in the school, and they are suing the school for $40,000 dollars to cover tuition and legal fees. The lawsuit claims that Ptacek received special disciplinary treatment over the other student. Ptacek's publicist has yet to comment on the situation.
