Special Yoga Exercises with the Wide Legged Forward Fold and the Tree Poses
In this video, I will begin by doing a "wide legged forward fold" pose. This exercise will benefit the legs, buttocks and back. Bend forward as far as you can, and remember to go at your own pace. Next, I will do a "tree" pose. This exercise will improve your balance and strength. From there, I will do a variation of the "tree" pose. It will be a combination with the "wide legged forward fold and tree" poses. This will benefit your legs and back. After you are finished with this exercise routine, always do some meditative breathing to relax your mind and body.
