Since I started my journey 9 years ago I've made a lot of mistakes along the way. This video highlights the 6 major training mistakes I've made, mistakes which slowed down my rate of progress and prevented me from reaching my full potential.

High Volume Training - performing a training session with a higher number of reps and sets, for an extended period of time (or increased frequency of sessions), usually accompanied with shorter rest periods. Volume = reps x sets x weight lifted.
