Yoga Exercises with the Cobra and Saddle Poses
In this video, I will begin by doing an "easy" pose. I will do some warmup stretches to begin the exercise routine. From there, I will do the "cobra" pose. This will help stretch your back. Next, I will do the "half frog' pose. I will do many different stretching exercises while in this pose. This will benefit your legs. The next exercise, I will do a variation of the "extended puppy" pose. I will place my arms on the couch in front of me to help the stretching. The last part of the exercise routine, I will do a "saddle" pose. I will do several different stretching exercises while in this pose. Always remember to do cool down exercises at the end of the routine.
