Orange County Choppers Selling Off Its Headquarters
The headquarters of motorcycle company Orange County Choppers is set to be auctioned off in March.
But Paul Teutul Sr. tells The Times Herald-Record on Saturday the sell-off has nothing to do with the company. Ornage COunty Choppers has been featured in two reality TV shows.
The $13 million, 61,000-square-foot glass-and-steel building will begin its bidding at $900,000.
The newspaper reports the company surrendered the building that holds its custom-made motorcycles in 2011 to its lender. The lender then sold it to a Dallas, Texas-based company.
Teutul says the company has leased the space and the auction won't impact its business.
