Special Exercises for Stretching the Legs
In this video, I will begin by doing some simple exercises while in the "hero" pose. Next, I will do a "half upright seated angle" pose. I will raise one leg straight out and upward. For the next exercise, I will do an "upright seated angle" pose. This time, I will extend both my legs upward, like a "V" shape. I will do variations of different stretching exercises while in this position. Next, I will do a cross between a "frog" pose and a "one leg forward fold" pose. This exercise will really stretch your legs and your buttocks. Always remember to do proper breathing techniques while doing these exercises.
