Yoga Exercises with the Half Upright Seated Angle and Boat Poses

In this video, I will begin by doing an "easy" pose with warm up exercises. From there, I will do a "half upright seated angle" pose. I will stretch out and extend my leg outward. Next, I will do a "monkey" pose. While in the split, I will stretch out my legs as much as possible. Remember, if you cannot stretch your legs like this, please go at your own pace. The next exercise, I will do a variation of the "boat" pose. I will stretch one extended leg at a time. From there, I will extend both of my legs out for a complete stretch. I will finish the routine by going into an "easy" pose and do some basic breathing exercises.
