Warm up (40 seconds on, 20 second rest) 2 rounds
- [ ] 2 squat pulses into squat

- [ ] Donkey kicks (each leg)
- [ ] Glute bridge
- [ ] Hip abduction

Workout
- [ ] 5 sets of 15 donkey kicks SUPERSET with 40 dumbell hip thrusts
- [ ] 5 sets of 15 hip thrusts
- [ ] 3 sets of 15 single leg RDL’s
- [ ] 3 sets of 20 rope pull through
