I teamed up with Joss Mooney to hit up a bodyweight workout (8 exercises) at the original Muscle Beach in Santa Monica, Los Angeles.

A: Olympic Ring Pull Ups - 3 sets, 6-8 reps
B: Push Ups - 3 sets, 10-12 reps
C: Straight Bar Pull Ups - 3 sets, 8-10 reps
D: Push Up into Knee Tuck - 20 sec on/40sec off, 4 rounds
E: Rope Climbs - up & down, 4 rounds
F: Bar Pulls - 10 reps, 4 sets
G: Alternating Knee Raise + straight - 10 + 10, 3 rounds
H: 40m Sprints - there and back, 5 rounds
60-90 seconds rest inbetween sets depending upon difficulty.
