Special Stretching Exercises for your Legs
In this video, I will be doing yoga stretching exercises for your legs and buttocks areas of your body. First, I will begin by doing a "standing forward fold" pose. This exercise will stretch the muscles in the back of your legs, as well as your buttocks and parts of your back. This is an advanced stretching exercise, so please go at your own pace. Do not push yourself if you are not ready for it. Next, I will do a "seated straddle" pose. This stretching will benefit your legs, as well as your lower back. For the next exercise, I will be in the seated position. I will lean back in a semi reclined position, and I will stretch my legs in a "scissor" motion. This will help stretch the muscles. After you are finished with this exercise routine, always remember to do some basic cool down stretches.
