Sesame sweet potato patties:
The patties:
200g sweet potato
1 tbsp minced ginger
480 g big white beans
1/2 tbsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 dl corn starch
1 dl sunflower seeds
1 dl sesame seeds
(peppar and oil for frying)

- peel and grate the sweet potato. squeeze out the water.
- Rinse the beans and mash them. Add ginger, lemon and season with salt and peppar. Add the sweet potato, corn starch and sunflower seeds and mix it to a paste. Let it rest for 15 min.
-Make small patties and coat them into the sesame seeds.
-Fry them in a pan with oil 3-5 min per side until the color is golden.

Korean salmon and broccoli:
The salmon:
Mix in a bowl:
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp gochujang ( korean red pepper paste)
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp grated ginger
1/2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp black peppar
Have it on both sides of the salmon then put it in the oven on 175°c for 25 min in the oven.

The broccoli:
1 raw broccoli stem
1 minced garlic
Soy sauce, gochugaro ( korean chili powder) and toasted sesame oil after taste.
